At Jewelry by My Mel Mel, we take pride in the craftmanship of our handmade jewelry. However, we understand that sometime a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer the following return policy:

1. Returns Eligibility: 

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be in its original condition and undamaged.
• Unless they arrive damaged or defective.          

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at (contact@mymelmel.com) or text at 530 409-3176 to request a return. 
• Once your return is authorized, securley package the item and include any original tags. 
• Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method, and retain the tracking information for your records.

3. Refund process: 

• Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. 

4. Exchanges: 

• We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items: 

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediatley upon receipt for assistance. we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 

6. Non-Returnavle items: 

• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
